RWA & Housing-Society Reform (National)

A memorandum to the Hon'ble PMO for reforming India's outdated society laws — transparency, accountability and democracy in every housing society.

🎯Campaign goal: Memorandum with PMO, Law Ministry & CM UP — under institutional process

Day 2 — Memorandum to PMO

Memorandum submitted to PMO

Formal proposal to strengthen the AOA/RWA framework, drawing on Singapore and Dubai governance models. Next step: Supreme Court via PIL.

Housing societies are the closest level of governance most urban Indians ever experience — and India's framework for them still rests on the Societies Registration Act of 1860. Nation First has launched a national reform campaign: a formal memorandum to the Hon'ble Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Law & Justice and the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, proposing a next-generation AOA/RWA model — professional management, transparent elections, escrow-protected finances, internal dispute resolution and Singapore-style district councils.
