Taking society reform national

What began as a documented governance reform in one Ghaziabad housing society grew into a national question: why does India still govern its residential communities under a law written in 1860? In September 2025, Nation First submitted a formal memorandum to the Hon'ble Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Law & Justice and the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh proposing a next-generation AOA/RWA framework — professional management, transparent digital elections, escrow-protected finances and Singapore-style district councils.

A 10-day digital campaign carried the message — #ReformRWA #ResidentRights — and the next step is the Supreme Court via PIL. The full memorandum is public in our Resources.
