A memorandum, on the record

From citizen documentation to the District Magistrate's committee.

Memorandum handed to the City Magistrate; copy sent to the Hon'ble CM UP

The submission

On matters of public interest and institutional transparency in Ghaziabad's housing societies, Nation First held formal discussions with administrative officers — the District Magistrate and the City Magistrate — and presented a documented memorandum. A copy was dispatched to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh at Lok Bhawan, Lucknow.

The method

Every issue was mapped to the right authority across seven pillars — policy (CM Office / MLA / MP), administrative (DM / City Magistrate / Registrar), law & order (Commissioner of Police / ACP), urban development (GDA), financial (RBI), audit (ICAI) and social (residents). This is how a citizen submission becomes an institutional file rather than a grievance that evaporates.

What followed

The District Magistrate, Ghaziabad constituted a committee — City Magistrate, Deputy Registrar, ACP and area inspectors — to receive complaints on lift-maintenance lapses, intimidation of residents, safety gaps and parking disputes, reported in NBT. In the DM's words to society office bearers: leave hooliganism and corruption, follow the rules — or face strict action.
