Wrong bills, expired goods, services never delivered, warranties denied — most consumers absorb the loss because the process feels bigger than the amount. Our consumer-rights mission exists to flip that maths.

What we do

Awareness sessions on the six consumer rights (safety, information, choice, being heard, redressal, education), help drafting complaints, and guidance from the 1915 helpline to e-Daakhil filing. Fair market practices, legal support and a louder collective voice — that's the mission.
