Rights in brief

• FIR at any police station (Zero FIR); statement in presence of a woman officer.
• Workplace: every employer with 10+ staff must have a POSH Internal Committee.
• Domestic violence: protection, residence and monetary orders under the DV Act via the Magistrate.
