The three forms

• Form 6 — new enrolment (first-time voters, 17+ can pre-enrol).
• Form 8 — corrections, duplicate card, shifting address within/outside the constituency.
• Where — voters.eci.gov.in or the Voter Helpline app; BLO assists offline.

Good to know

• Track application status online; download the digital e-EPIC once approved.
• Check your entry every year before roll revision — deletions happen silently.
• Helpline: 1950 (state election office).
