Pre-matric to post-matric — where and how.
The main routes
- UP scholarship portal — scholarship.up.gov.in for pre-matric, post-matric and other state schemes; institution verifies, money via DBT.
- National Scholarship Portal — scholarships.gov.in for central schemes (minority, disability, merit-cum-means).
- Documents — Aadhaar, bank account, income & caste certificates as applicable, previous marksheets.
- Deadlines matter — most windows open July–October; late applications are simply rejected.
