Who is eligible and how to apply in UP.

The essentials

  • Types — Eligible Household (patra grihasthi) and Antyodaya (poorest households) cards under NFSA.
  • Apply — online via the UP FCS portal (fcs.up.gov.in) or through your area's supply office / CSC with Aadhaar, family details and address proof.
  • Entitlement — subsidised/free foodgrain per member per month as per current UP government schemes.
  • One Nation One Ration Card — migrants can draw rations anywhere in India using portability.
  • Grievances — supply inspector, district supply office, or the state helpline 1967 / 1800-1800-150.
