Who and how

• Who — unorganised workers aged 16–59: domestic workers, construction labour, gig/delivery workers, street vendors, agricultural labour.
• Register — eshram.gov.in or any CSC with Aadhaar (linked mobile) and bank account. Free.
• You get — a UAN card recognised across schemes; accident insurance cover under PMSBY linkage; priority in welfare schemes.
• Tip — keep occupation and mobile updated; the card is lifelong.
