DARPAN, 12A, 80G and CSR-1 — our own registration journey, explained.
The four registrations
- Trust deed (2014) — the legal birth: Reg. 127, Book 4, Sub-Registrar Delhi.
- NITI Aayog DARPAN — the government's NGO registry; declares sectors and operational districts. Ours: DL/2025/0843315.
- 12A & 80G — income-tax registration and donor tax benefit (Form 10AC provisional, AY 2026-27→28-29).
- CSR-1 (MCA) — eligibility to receive corporate CSR funds: CSR00099653.
Why we published the actual PDFs
